Four Twin Creeks homes hit the market last week and one neighborhood home sale closed as we march into the back end of summer.
The DeFatta Custom Home at 49 Turtle Court found a buyer who paid $606,000 against a $648,500 asking-price. The new construction property listed for sale on April 27th and spent 64 days on market.
Meanwhile, Benchmark Realty brought 33 Why Worry Lane to market on August 4th at $647,000. This is a four-bedroom, three and a half bath, custom home built by Short Creek Homes. I love the hardwood floors that run throughout both levels of this home, and you can’t beat the quartz counters in the kitchen!
Compass RE brought three other neighborhood homes to market last week: a couple of new construction options on lots 432 and 318 (both with owner/builder-financing available), and an existing home 223 River Watch Way that comes fully furnished and with a golf cart!
