He has averaged 37 sales and $16.5M in volume each year since 2015 and has more than 250 total home sales. Three out of every four homes Flint sells is in Williamson County.

Flint is one of less than 100 REALTORS® in the state of Tennessee who have earned GUILD status by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, selling multiple Million-Dollar properties.
He is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR), has served on the association’s education committee, and is a 2017 graduate of its Leadership Academy.
Flint sits on the 2020-21 WCAR Grievance Committee, the Communication Task Force, and is a WCAR Community Ambassadors for his hometown of Nolensville, Tennessee.
Flint has also earned multiple Platinum and Gold Awards at the WCAR Celebration of Excellence for serving the association and his clients.
In 2018, Nashville Real Producers recognized him as one of the region’s top agents, ranking Flint #112 out of more than 14,000 agents in the region by total sales volume.
